INVASIVE SPECIES ERADICATION

The summary map shows the locations of major invasives around the lake.

Tamarisk

The Tamarisk map shows the location of Tamarisk bushes around the lake.

These photos show Tamarisk bush T02 on Small Island before and after cutting.

Arundo

The Arundo map shows the location of Arundo bushes around the lake.

Most Arundo patches are quite large as shown in this photo of patch A05 in Pope Canyon.

Spanish Broom

The Spanish Broom map shows the location of the major outbreak of Spanish Broom below Berryessa Pines and a small outbreak on Small Island.

The patch of Spanish Broom on Small Island was cut on 4/23/2007. These photos show the broom before and after cutting.
